Executive Buffet - $29.95 ++ per person
Baby spinach, dried cherries, goat cheese with a hot bacon vinaigrette. Tomato bisque and French onion soup. Prime Rib with au jus, Baked Salmon with our house made cilantro pesto, Mediterranean Chicken. Rosemary garlic roasted potatoes, mushroom rice pilaf, sautéed vegetables, freshly baked rolls and butter.

 

A Taste of Italian Buffet - $24.95 ++ per person

Our classic Caesar salad with Parmesan and croutons.  Eggplant Parmesan, Veal Marsala, Chicken Osso Buco, mashed potatoes, fettuccini, Penne pasta with Alfredo sauce, Bolognese sauce, Marinara Sauce. Sautéed vegetables and our house made garlic bread.

 

Mexican Buffet - $22.95 ++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens with your choice of two dressings. Spiced Chicken, Carne Adovada, Pork Caribe, Chile Rellenos, Cheese Enchiladas. Served with our homemade posole, Spanish rice, pinto beans, sautéed peppers and onions, warm flour tortillas, red and green chile sauce, shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and salsa.

 

China Town Buffet - $19.95 ++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens with soy ginger vinaigrette, mandarin oranges and crispy noodles. Egg drop soup, hot and sour soup. Orange chicken, Beef and Broccoli, and Sweet and Sour Pork, Vegetable Stir Fry, Spring Roll, Stuffed Wontons. Served with fried rice, steamed white rice, low mein,hot mustard, sweet and sour sauce, and fortune cookies.

 

Pasta Buffet - $18.95 ++ per person

Our classic Caesar salad with Parmesan and croutons, Primavera Lasagna, Italian Meatballs, Chicken Alfredo, fettuccini pasta, rainbow tortellini, penne pasta or linguini with Primavera sauce, Marinara sauce, garlic and cheese bread.

 

Down-Home Buffet - $19.95 ++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens with your choice of dressings. Roast beef, Chicken Fried Steak, and Baked Cod. Served with mashed potatoes, brown and white gravy and rice pilaf, tartar sauce, sautéed vegetables, fruit salad and freshly baked rolls and butter.

 

The Sagebrush - $21.95++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens with balsamic vinaigrette, dried cranberries, walnuts and Gorgonzola crumbles. Trout Meuniere, Mediterranean Chicken, or Lamb Chops de Proviance, rosemary roasted potatoes and garlic infused rice, sautéed vegetables, freshly baked rolls and butter.

 

BBQ Buffet - $21.95++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens with your choice of dressings. BBQ pulled pork, BBQ beef brisket, BBQ chicken, jicama coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, vegetable kabob, corn on the cob, jalapeño corn muffins and freshly baked rolls.
