Salad Bar - $12.95 ++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens with ranch, blue cheese, Italian and raspberry vinaigrette. Served with diced ham and turkey, shredded cheese, hard boiled eggs, carrots, broccoli, red onions, pepperoncini, pickles, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, beets, peas, garbanzo beans, croutons, sesame seeds, bacon bits. Jello salad, peaches, cottage cheese. Served with chicken noodle soup and tomato bisque, bread sticks and crackers.

 

Mexican Buffet - $14.95++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens with your choice of two dressings. Spiced Beef and Chicken, Chile Rellenos, Cheese Enchiladas. Served with Spanish rice, pinto beans, warm flour tortillas, shredded cheese, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and salsa.

 

Italian Buffet - $14.95++ per person

Our classic Caesar salad with Parmesan and croutons.  Choice of Meat or Cheese Stuffed Raviolis or Rainbow Tortellini, Italian Meat Balls, Vegetarian Lasagna. Choice of two sauces: Marinara, Alfredo, Bolognese, or Primavera. Penne and fettuccini pastas. Served with our house made garlic cheese toast.

 

BBQ Buffet - $14.95++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens with your choice of dressings. Italian Sausage, BBQ Beef Brisket, BBQ Chicken, orzo Tuscano pasta, sautéed green peppers and onions, potato salad, baked beans, vegetable kabob and corn on the cob. Jalapeño corn muffins and freshly baked rolls.

 

Build-a-Sandwich Buffet - $13.95++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens and your choice of dressings. Your choice of three: roast beef, roasted chicken, smoked turkey, corn beef, smoked ham, tuna salad, or egg salad. Served with assorted breads, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, alfalfa sprouts, avocado. House made potato chips. Your choice of salad and soup: orzo Tuscano or potato salad, and tomato bisque, green chile chicken, noodle, corn chowder, French onion or vegetable soup. You may substitute fruit salad for soup.

 

China Town Buffet - $14.95++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens with soy ginger vinaigrette, mandarin oranges and crispy noodles. Orange Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, Pork Satay, Vegetable Stir Fry, Spring Rolls and Stuffed Wontons served with fried rice and steamed white rice. Served with egg drop soup or hot and sour soup.

 

Down-Home Buffet - $14.95++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens with your choice of dressings. Choice of three: roast beef, chicken fried steak, ham, roasted chicken, or baked cod. Served with mashed potatoes white and brown gravy and mushroom rice pilaf. Served with sautéed vegetables, fruit salad and freshly baked rolls.

 

The Taos Favorite - $15.95++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens with herbed vinagrette, dried cranberries, walnuts and Gorgonzola crumbles. Your choice of two: Pork Carbie, Asparagus Chicken Supreme, or Baked Salmon with our house made cilantro lime pesto. Served with roasted new potatoes and rice pilaf, sautéed vegetables and freshly baked rolls. 

 

Game Day Buffet - $12.95 ++ per person

Fresh Mixed Greens with your choice of dressings. BBQ buffalo wings, hot buffalo wings, cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza, mozzarella sticks, fried zucchini, fried mushroom, and green beans. Served with dipping sauces: Marinara, Ranch, Blue Cheese. House made cheesy bread, grated Parmesan and red pepper flakes.
