In the 1920's and 30's the elite of New York and the eastern sea coast often traveled west to Arizona for the winter. On their long journey they would stop in Taos and Santa Fe for respite and relaxation. The Sagebrush Inn was built to accommodate those adventurous travelers. |  |

| The original adobe structure, now the Cantina and lobby, still houses an impressive collection of Indian rugs and artifacts, New Mexico paintings and original R.C. Gorman works. The recent additions to the property include an 18,000 square foot conference center designed in the style of the original graceful adobe architecture that enhances the charm of the Sagebrush Inn. |
